こんにちは、和泉おらんかです。
ずっと先延ばしにしていた、
我が家の防災袋をメンテナンスした話を書きます。
現状把握とおおまかな方針の決定
まずは今の防災袋の現状確認です。
我が家には二つ防災袋があったのですが、
中身を久々にみたら両方とも悲惨な状況でした。
いろいろ古くなっているだろうな、とは思っていましたがここまでひどいと思いませんでした。
被災時、重いもの背負って命がけでにげたのに、
中身をあけたらこんな状態だったら絶望です。
しかも家族4人で2つの防災袋を取り合う醜い争いがおきそうです。
微妙に使えるアイテムもあるので
袋はそのままで、中身を別で買い足すか、
全く新しい防災袋と中身をセットで買ってしまうか迷いました。
防災袋と中身のセットは結構高額なので
4つ新規でお買い替えはきびしいと判断し、
結局、以下の様な感じにしました。
大人2人用・・・いままでの２袋を使用＋中身買い足し。
子供2人用・・・新規で防災袋一式を2セット購入。
どうアイテムを揃えていったか
このアイテムを揃えるのが自分にとって手間がかかったので、
ステップにわけて書いていきます。
ステップ１：「我が家で必要な防災袋」とは、なんなのかを定義

ステップ３：足りないもの買い足し
ステップ1：「我が家で必要な防災袋」とは、なんなのかを定義
まず、今時はどんな防災袋が売っているのかを
ネットで検索してみました。
すると、「〇〇が選んだNO.1」みたいな「なんとかかんとかNO.1」がありすぎて、
みんな違ってみんないい、
どれも選べないっすね、というどうしようもないことになりました。
防災袋を選定する前に、
我が家で必要な防災袋を定義づけしないと、
選ぶことができないとわかったので、
定義づけからはじめました。
結論：
「我が家で必要な防災袋」とは・・・
避難所への移動と、到着後1日分生きていけるアイテムがそろっている防災袋がイイっ！
（ご参考までに我が家のリストは文末に掲載します。）
結論にいたった根拠：
１）家族が小柄なため、たくさんのものをはこんで走れない。（なんなら犬もいる）
２）自宅で避難生活をおくるのであれば、防災袋の中身は多くなくて良い。
（自宅の備蓄を充実させれば良い。）
３）防災袋を持っていくとき＝避難所へ移動するときである。
４）避難所には食べ物やトイレはあるはずなので
避難所へ行くまで・ついたあと1日程度暮らせる必要最低限のものでいい。
５）避難所にもし食べ物がなかったら、を想定すると無限に持ち物が増えてしまう。ドラゴンヘッドとか漂流教室みたいな状況まで想定すると、防災袋というか、もう日々サバイバル能力を鍛え上げるっきゃない。
ステップ2：新しい防災袋選定
定義してしまえば選定は簡単なもので、これ１択となりました。
ステップ3：足りないものの買い足し
ステップ2で購入した防災袋の中身を基本にしつつ、
こちらのサイトも参考にして、我が家の持ち物リストを作成しました。
ご参考までに我が家の防災袋のリストを文末にのっけておきます。
リストのものは、100均とホームセンターで買い揃えました。
美味しそうで珍しい非常食がキャンプグッズのショップで
売っているのを見たことがあるので、今度さらに買い足そうと思います。
結局どうなったか。
結局こんな感じにおちつきました。結構コンパクト。
どれだけ備えても不安ですが・・・
まぁ一番最初の写真の防災袋よりはマシになったかと思います。
毎年9月に防災の日があるので
その日に家族で中身を確認します。
賞味期限切れとか、成長や環境の変化を考慮して
アイテムの過不足を確認すれば、最初のような状態にはならないかと思います。

I am writing about the maintenance of our disaster prevention bag, which I have been putting off for a long time.
Assessing the Current Situation and Determining a Rough Policy
First of all, I need to check the current status of our disaster prevention bags.
I had two disaster prevention bags at home.
When I looked at the contents after a long time,
I found that both of them were in a miserable condition.
I knew that they must be old, but I did not expect them to be this bad.
when I run for my life with heavy things on my back at the disaster struck,
when I opened the bag, I will find it in such a state, I will feel despair.
Moreover, my family of four might have an ugly fight over two disaster prevention bags.
There are some items that can be used.
I have to choose one or the other.
I keep the bag and buy the contents separately,
or I would buy a completely new disaster prevention bag and the contents as a set.
The disaster prevention bag and its contents are quite expensive.
I decided that it would be difficult to buy four new ones.
In the end, I decided to go with the following.
For 2 adults: Use the existing 2 bags + buy additional contents.
For 2 children: I purchase 2 new sets of disaster prevention bags.
How did I arrange the items?
It took a lot of time and effort for me to prepare these items.
I will describe the process in steps.
Step 1: Define what is a "necessary disaster prevention bag for my family”.

Step 2: Select new disaster prevention bag
↓
Step 3: Buy more of what is missing.
Step 1: Define what is a "Disaster Preparedness Bag that we need at home".
First, I searched the Internet to see what kind of disaster prevention bags are sold nowadays.
Then, I found that there were too many "No.1" bags, such as "No.1 chosen by 00" and so on.
They are all different and all good.
I couldn't choose any of them.
Before selecting a disaster prevention bag I had to define "Disaster Preparedness Bag that we need at home"before we could select one.
I realized that I would not be able to choose one unless I defined it.
So I started with the definition.
The conclusion:
What is the "disaster prevention bag necessary for my family"?
I want a bag that can transport us to the evacuation center and has enough items to keep us alive for one day after our arrival.
(For your reference, our family's list is shown at the end of this document.)
Rationale for conclusion:.
(1) My family is small in stature and cannot run with a lot of stuff. (We also have a dog.)
(2) If we are evacuating at home, I don't need a lot of stuff in my disaster prevention bag (I can just stock up at home).
(3) when I take a disaster prevention bag = When I go to Shelter.
(4) Since there should be food and toilets at the shelter, I only need the bare necessities to live for a day or so until I move to the shelter.
(5) If there is no food in the shelter, I will end up with an endless amount of personal belongings. If I assume a situation like " Dragon Head " or " Drifting School" , I will have no choice but to train my survival skills on a daily basis.
Step 2: Select new disaster prevention bag
Once defined, the selection was easy.
I bought this one.
Step 3: Buy more of what I don't have.
I bought all the items on the list at 100-yen and home improvement stores.
I have seen delicious and unusual emergency food sold at camping goods stores so I will buy more next time.
How did it all turn out?
In the end, we settled on something like this. It is quite compact.
No matter how much I prepare, I am not confident.
Well, I think it is better than the first picture.
Every year in September, there is a Disaster Preparedness Day in Japan.
On that day, we plan to check the contents of the bag as a family.
We check for expiration dates, growth, environmental changes, and so on.
If we check the excess or deficiency of items, I think we won't be in the same situation as the first time.
